Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a French-speaking recruiter to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors for a regional panel and maintain ongoing engagement through calls and follow-ups, building trust with participants and supporting data collection for market research studies.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and analytical abilities, with exposure to multinational teams and documentation tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• French Native speaker is required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
