Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a French-speaking recruiter to join the Madrid Production Hub. You will build a stable panel of doctors for market research and ensure ongoing engagement, updating healthcare professional records as needed.

You will contact doctors by phone and email to invite participation, follow up to maximize response rates, and support diverse, multinational collaboration in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• French native speaker with professional fluency in French.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical mindset with ability to follow up and manage engagement.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Additional tasks may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting, and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation and engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation rate.
• Ensure participation targets using multiple communication channels.
