Job summary

You will call doctors to invite them to participate, manage follow-up conversations, and ensure high engagement across multilingual communications. A dynamic, diverse team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and build engagement for participation in market research studies.
• Call doctors to invite them to join the panel and participate in studies.
• Initiate follow-up calls to achieve maximum participation rates.
• Ensure participation targets are met through multiple communication channels.
