Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a French-speaking recruitment specialist to build and manage a pool of doctors for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub. You will establish trust with healthcare professionals, recruit, and maintain engagement throughout questionnaires and follow-ups.

You will invite doctors to participate in studies, manage panel participation, and use multiple communication channels to achieve high engagement and response rates in a diverse, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximise participation rate.
