Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a French-native speaker to join our production hub as part of our market research team. You will recruit doctors for our panel and manage engagement with participants to ensure ongoing participation and data quality.

You will call doctors to invite them to studies, follow up to maximize response rates, and maintain accurate records. The role involves translations and documentation support within a global life sciences company.

Qualifications

French native speaker required.
Good working knowledge of English.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
Analytical skills.
Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
Further tasks would include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
