Qualifications

• French is the core requirement for this role.
• Good working knowledge of English is needed for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent and professional communication via telephone and email; strong analytical capabilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and build a solid panel for market research studies.
• Call doctors to invite them to studies and recruit them into the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation rates and engagement.
• Maintain up-to-date records of Healthcare Professionals and assist with queries.
