Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting an enthusiastic team to build a solid pool of doctors for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit physicians, engage them to participate regularly, and maintain updated healthcare professional information while handling queries.

Fluency in French and good English are required to support trainings and internal communications. Responsibilities include inviting doctors, maintaining engagement, and following up to maximize participation.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Documentation, mailings, troubleshooting, and translations of text passages may be required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors using various channels.
