Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a dedicated recruiter to build and manage a panel of healthcare professionals in Madrid. The role involves recruiting doctors, inviting them to market research studies, and maintaining engagement for ongoing participation.

You will conduct follow-ups, use multiple channels to maximize response rates, and support translations and documentation as needed. A multinational corporate background is advantageous, with a focus on accuracy and professional communication.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
