Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a passionate recruiter to build a robust panel of doctors for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit physicians, maintain engagement, and ensure active participation through proactive follow-up and clear communication.

Ideal candidates are French native speakers with English proficiency, strong attention to detail and organization, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor’s engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different channels and arguments.
