Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a proactive recruiter to build and maintain a panel of doctors for market research studies. You will recruit, engage, and follow up with healthcare professionals, ensuring high participation and accurate data collection.

Fluency in French and working knowledge of English are required. You will collaborate with a global team, handle documentation, mailings, and occasional translations, and contribute to diverse, inclusive research projects.

Qualifications

Must be a native French speaker.
Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
Strong analytical abilities.
Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
Duties may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation; build doctor engagement.
Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rate.
Ensure participation rates among the assigned pool using multiple communication channels.
