Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid seeks a French native speaker to build and manage a panel of doctors for market research studies. The role involves recruiting and engaging healthcare professionals, maintaining updated records, and assisting with inquiries to ensure high participation in surveys.

You will be part of a diverse, dynamic team in a multinational environment, handling translations and communications as needed. This is a full-time on-site role at our Madrid hub.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience with multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Additional tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation to create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize panel participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates with assigned doctors using multiple communication channels.
