Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting a French native speaker to join our Madrid production hub. You will build a panel of doctors for market research studies and maintain trustful relationships during recruitment and follow-up conversations about questionnaire completion.

You will engage doctors, invite them to studies, and ensure ongoing participation using diverse communication channels. Strong attention to detail and professional communication are essential in this multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French; native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
