IQVIA is seeking an enthusiastic team member to recruit doctors for our market research studies at our Madrid hub. You will build a stable panel of healthcare professionals, maintain relationships, and manage ongoing communications to ensure timely questionnaire completion.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, detailed record-keeping, and providing professional support in English and French. It offers growth in a multinational setting and exposure to diverse studies across healthcare markets.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation to create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
