Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking French native speakers to join our production hub. Your role is to recruit doctors into a panel and keep them engaged in market research studies, building trusted relationships and guiding questionnaires completion.

You will call doctors to invite them to studies, perform follow-ups to maximize participation, and maintain up-to-date records. Fluency in French required, good English, strong attention to detail and professional communication.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
