Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a French native speaker to join our Production Hub as part of a market research recruitment team. The role focuses on building a stable panel of Doctors and engaging them for participation in studies.

You will call doctors, invite them to studies, and follow up to maximize response rates. Strong English skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail are essential.

Experience with multinational companies is a plus; the office is in Madrid and full-time.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.

• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates among the assigned pool of doctors using different communication channels.
