IQVIA is seeking a motivated team member to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors for market research studies, engage them, and maintain relationships to ensure ongoing questionnaire completion and participation.

We welcome French native speakers with good English, excellent communication and analytical skills, and attention to detail. Experience in multinational corporations is a plus; the role offers a dynamic, diverse team and global collaboration.

Competenze

• French native speaker required (FR)
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email)
• Analytical skills
• Experience in multinational corporations is advantageous
• Other tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages

Mansioni

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation; create doctor engagement
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation
• Ensure participation rates across the assigned pool of doctors using varied channels and arguments
