Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting an awesome team of French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub office. Your primary focus will be to build up a solid pool of doctors into a panel for market research studies, engaging them to participate regularly and keeping their information up to date.

You will establish trust with participants during recruitment and follow-up conversations about questionnaire status, while handling documentation, mailings and translations as needed.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
