Qualifications

• French native required.
• English knowledge needed for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication via telephone and email.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience with multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Duties include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting, and some translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation; build engagement.
• Contact doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation rates.
• Ensure participation targets are met using various communication channels.
