Job summary

TheFork, part of the Tripadvisor Group, seeks a proactive telesales professional in Barcelona to contact restaurant owners and managers by phone, presenting TheFork products and services to drive adoption of promotions, software tools, booking widgets, training and marketing solutions.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, manage the CRM pipeline, and exceed targets in a fast-paced, restaurant-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of telesales or similar experience.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage a sales pipeline.
• Native in French and fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact restaurant owners/managers by phone after selecting in-scope restaurants.
• Present TheFork products and services, including promotions, software tools, widgets, training and marketing solutions.
• Engage with restaurant managers to explain opportunities, features and benefits of TheFork Manager and network.
• Follow up with prospects through to close and ensure the restaurant is published online.
