Perk is seeking a Customer Care representative based in Barcelona to deliver exceptional support across Europe. You will resolve inquiries, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and learn Perk’s evolving product suite while upholding transparency and empathy.

You’ll help customers in Germany, Switzerland, and the rest of Europe, acting as the first line of knowledge on our software’s operational use. English and German fluency is required.

Formación

• Finance or accounting background is a strong plus.
• Operational experience with a high volume of inquiries and clarifications.
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks at a high frequency.
• Structured and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and knowledgeable manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues while providing accurate information and following up as needed.
• Document interactions and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
• Own incoming requests from customers, including creating internal tickets.
• Track-to-resolution of recorded incidents or bugs.
• Answering and handling customer inquiries for our customers in Germany, Switzerland, and the rest of Europe.
• Internally, you’re the first point of contact for knowledge on the operational use of our software.
