Job summary

Qonto in Barcelona is seeking a customer care specialist to support the FrontLine France team, handling customer conversations with empathy and clarity. You’ll tailor responses for each situation, drawing on trusted resources and collaborating with BackLine and other teams to resolve issues.

You will leverage coaching and AI-assisted workflows, grow your problem-solving skills, and contribute to a culture of excellent service while working in a hybrid setup in central Barcelona with 8 am–8 pm

Qualifications

• Clear and empathetic communication in English and French.
• Willingness to start with phone-focused conversations.
• Ability to investigate issues using established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues with a personal touch, listening carefully and guiding customers through next steps.
• Turn feedback into actions to improve trust and customer satisfaction on Trustpilot.
• Identify recurring pain points and propose improvements to Product, Tech, Operations.
