Personalbuero U Herrmann is seeking a dedicated customer service associate for an on-site role in Málaga. The candidate must be fluent in Finnish (C1) and English, with a strong service mindset and the ability to manage cases from start to escalation when needed.

You will handle multi-channel communications, update records in our ticketing system, and ensure timely resolutions according to SLAs. The position offers full-time hours, training, and growth opportunities in a dynamic team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle incoming customer interactions through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, voicemail, or automated alerts).
• Record and update customer details and case information in the call or ticket management system.
• Provide timely responses and effective resolutions in line with established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and client-specific applications.
• Identify and elevate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or supervisors when necessary.
• Follow established processes, procedures, and quality standards for service delivery.
• Complete required administrative tasks accurately and on time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in Finnish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency.
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to actively listen and understand customer needs.
• Ability to take ownership of cases and see them through to resolution or appropriate escalation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with adaptability to different customer situations.
• Basic technical knowledge of IT systems, such as Windows, Microsoft Office, and internet configurations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
