Concentrix Spain Business Process Outsourcing S.L.U. in Barcelona (on-site) is seeking a Fraud Activity Agent (Italian-speaking) to investigate and verify fraud cases.

You will collect documentation, confirm fraud, and manage cases with timely follow-up while de-escalating when needed. The role requires Italian language proficiency and advanced English, strong customer service and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with CRM and OS platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficient or bilingual in Italian; advanced English.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Advanced conflict resolution abilities and troubleshooting.
• Root-cause analysis and insights for service improvements.
• Proficient with CRM and parcel tracking tools; OS-level knowledge (iOS, Android, Windows).
• Proactively identifies and leads improvement initiatives; supports SLA efficiency.

• Fraud Investigation & Verification using internal tools and macros.
• Collect and verify documentation from customers to confirm or infirm fraud.
• Manage cases within defined pending periods with timely follow-up.
• De-escalate tickets to Level1 if client documentation is not received after 14 days.

What you will do in this role

• Fraud Investigation & Verification – Initiate investigations on suspicious fraud cases using internal tools and defined macros.
• Collect and meticulously verify all necessary documentation from customers to confirm or infirm fraud.
• Manage cases within defined pending periods, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• De‑escalate tickets to Level1 if client documentation is not received after 14 days, following established procedures.

• Are proficient or bilingual in Italian and advanced in English

• Full time 39 hours/week, permanent contract
• Rotative shifts between Monday - Saturday, 09:00 - 18:00
• Salary 20000 euros gross/year + up to 2400 euros gross/year in bonus
