Job summary

Concentrix Barcelona is seeking a Fraud Activity Agent (German-speaking) for an on-site role. You will investigate fraud, verify documents, and manage cases within SLAs while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements include German and English proficiency, strong communication, and solid troubleshooting skills. The position offers a permanent contract, 39 hours per week, and a great Barcelona office environment.

• Manage cases within defined pending periods, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution.
• De‑escalate tickets to Level 1 if client documentation is not received after 14 days, following established procedures.

• Fraud Investigation & Verification

• Collect and meticulously verify all necessary documentation from customers to confirm or infirm fraud.
• Manage cases within defined pending periods, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution.

• Are proficient or bilingual in German and advanced in English

• Provides clear root‑cause analysis and insights
• Proficient with extended tools and operational systems (e.g., CRM, parcel tracking)

• Proactively identifies and leads improvement initiatives
• Supports efficiency and optimization of service‑level agreements (SLAs)
• Has access to and effectively uses extended tools
