Job summary

Concentrix is hiring a Fraud Activity Agent (French-speaking) for an on-site role in Barcelona. You will perform fraud investigations, verify documents, and manage cases with strict SLAs while coordinating with internal tools and teams.

Requirements include fluency in French and advanced English, strong customer service, and problem-solving skills. The role offers a permanent contract with 39 hours weekly and a weekly shift pattern, plus a paid training program.

Qualifications

• Proficient or bilingual in French and advanced in English
• Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
• Advanced customer service and conflict resolution abilities
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
• Provides clear root-cause analysis and insights
• Proficient with extended tools and operational systems (CRM, parcel tracking)
• Technically proficient in OS-level topics (iOS, Android, Windows)
• Proactively identifies and leads improvement initiatives
• Supports efficiency and optimization of SLAs
• Has access to and effectively uses extended tools
• Deep knowledge of internal processes and workflows

• Manage cases within defined pending periods, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution

What you will do in this role

• Fraud Investigation & Verification

• Rotative shifts between Monday - Saturday, 09:00 - 18:00 ( 2 full weekends off per month)
• Salary 22.000 euros gross/year + up to 2.400 euros gross/year in bonus
