Job summary

Concentrix seeks a Fraud Activity Agent (French-speaking) for our Barcelona onsite team. You will investigate fraud, verify supporting documents, and manage cases within set timelines to protect brand integrity.

You will work with CRM and internal tools, requiring strong French and English skills, customer-service mindset, and proactive process improvements. Training and a clear career path accompany this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fraud Investigation & Verification.
• Initiate investigations on suspicious fraud cases using internal tools and defined macros.
• Collect and verify documentation from customers to confirm or infirm fraud.
• Manage cases within defined pending periods with timely follow-up and resolution.
• De-escalate tickets to Level 1 if client documentation is not received after 14 days.

As a Fraud Activity Agent on our team, you will:

• Fraud Investigation & Verification
• Initiate investigations on suspicious fraud cases using internal tools and defined macros.
• Collect and meticulously verify all necessary documentation from customers to confirm or infirm fraud.
• Manage cases within defined pending periods, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• De-escalate tickets to Level 1 if client documentation is not received after 14 days, following established procedures.

Your qualifications

• Possesses deep knowledge of internal processes and workflows

What's in it for you

• Full time 39 hours/week, permanent contract
• Rotative shifts between Monday - Saturday, 09:00 - 18:00 ( 2 full weekends off per month)
• Salary 22.000 euros gross/year + up to 2.400 euros gross/year in bonus
