Job summary

Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Fraud Activity Agent to join our on-site team, helping to investigate suspicious fraud, collect documentation, and support clients with timely case resolution.

Ideal candidates are fluent in French and English, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. You will work with CRM and other tools in a full-time, on-site role with rotating shifts and a competitive bonus.

Qualifications

• Fluency or bilingual ability in French and advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Initiate investigations on suspicious fraud cases using internal tools and defined macros.
• Collect and verify all necessary documentation from customers to confirm or refute fraud.
• Manage cases within defined pending periods, with timely follow-up and resolution.
• De-escalate tickets to Level 1 if client documentation is not received after 14 days, following established procedures.

• - Initiate investigations on suspicious fraud cases using internal tools and defined macros. - Collect and meticulously verify all necessary documentation from customers to confirm or infirm fraud.


• Manage cases within defined pending periods, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution.


• De‑escalate tickets to Level 1 if client documentation is not received after 14 days, following established procedures.

• Full time 39 hours/week, permanent contract


• Rotative shifts between Monday - Saturday, 09:00 - 18:00 ( 2 full weekends off per month)


• Salary 22.000 euros gross/year + up to 2.400 euros gross/year in bonus
