Concentrix Barcelona is hiring a Fashion Support Consultant (German-speaking) for an on-site role. You will handle customer contacts via phone, email, chat, and support fashion clients across channels in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is fluent in German and proficient in English, with strong customer-care skills and the ability to own and resolve inquiries within SLA. The position offers full-time hours, a centralized Barcelona location, and onboarding training.

What you will do in this role

As a Fashion Support Consultant on our team, you will:

• Handle incoming customers contacts (via telephone, email, chat or other automated alerts) and solve users’ demands
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
• Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers
• Ensure contractual SLA is maintained
