Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Backship Support Agent (French-speaking) for onsite work in Barcelona. The role focuses on coordinating returns, communicating with customers, and managing carriers to ensure smooth logistics.

English and French are required, with training provided and opportunities for career growth. The position offers a full-time 39 hours/week contract, with rotation from Monday to Saturday 09:00–18:00 and a salary of €22,000 gross per year plus up to €2,400 gross per year in bonus.
