Job summary

Eleven VMS | Part of Mantu is seeking an FP&A Business Partner based in Barcelona to own the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and KPI framework. You will collaborate with senior leadership to shape financial strategy in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You will manage monthly reporting (P&L, margins, DSO) and drive improvements in financial processes, ensuring accurate, timely insights for strategic decisions. This role offers ownership and a path to scale with the business.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in FP&A, controlling, Big 4 audit or finance consulting.
• SaaS or scale-up exposure is a strong plus.
• Advanced Excel and modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget and business plan.
• Produce monthly P&L, KPIs and variance analysis.
• Be single source of truth for financial KPIs.
• Oversee billing, collections and cash flow.
• Roll out and optimize the new billing platform.
• Partner with leadership on pricing and profitability.
