Job summary

Eleven VMS | Part of Mantu is seeking an FP&A Business Partner based in Barcelona to own the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and KPI framework. You will collaborate with senior leadership to shape financial strategy in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You will manage monthly reporting (P&L, margins, DSO) and drive improvements in financial processes, ensuring accurate, timely insights for strategic decisions. This role offers ownership and a path to scale with the business.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in FP&A, controlling, Big 4 audit or finance consulting.
• SaaS or scale-up exposure is a strong plus.
• Advanced Excel and modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget and business plan.

Eleven VMS is a SaaS Vendor Management System (VMS) that helps large organisations source, manage and pay their external workforce – freelancers, consulting firms and IT vendors – end to end, from sourcing to invoicing.

Originally the “Rise” business line of LittleBig Connection and part of the Mantu group, Eleven VMS now operates as a standalone company. It serves major international accounts such as TotalEnergies, Decathlon, Veolia, Amadeus and LVMH, with a usage-based revenue model and thousands of missions managed every quarter.

We are now building our own finance function – and we want you at its heart.

Your responsibilities :

As FP&A Business Partner of Eleven VMS, you are the finance owner of the company. You steer its performance, secure its revenue and cash, and build the finance processes. This role suits a structured, sharp mind who enjoys building things in a fast-moving environment.

Financial steering & planning

• Budget & forecast: own the annual budget, the business plan and the reforecasts of Eleven VMS.
• Monthly performance review: produce the monthly reporting (P&L, margin, KPIs), analyse variances and run the monthly finance review with the Managing Director.
• KPI ownership: be the single source of truth for financial KPIs (usage revenue, missions volume, recurring vs. non-recurring revenue, margin, DSO).

Revenue, billing & cash

• Order-to-cash: ensure every billable mission and service is invoiced on time and in full; set up completeness controls and track unbilled revenue.
• Team management: manage and coach the Billing & Collections Specialist.
• Billing platform: take part in the rollout of the new billing platform and make it the backbone of reliable, automated invoicing.
• Cash collection: drive collections and DSO, and elevate key client situations with the business.

Building the finance function

• Processes & controls: design and document the finance processes of the newly separated entity (billing, closing inputs, variable pay, approval rules).
• Group interface: work with group accounting, treasury, controlling and auditors on closing, audit and cash matters.
• Automation & data: improve reporting quality and automation with the group data team (Power BI, data platform).

Business partnering

• Decision support: advise the leadership team on pricing, deal profitability, setup / build projects and cost structure.
• Ad-hoc analysis: turn data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-finance stakeholders.

Your profile :

• Experience: 2-3 years in FP&A, controlling, Big 4 audit or finance consulting. Exposure to SaaS or a scale-up is a strong plus.
• Builder mindset: autonomous, proactive and comfortable with ambiguity – you enjoy structuring things that do not exist yet.
• Analytical rigour: strong financial literacy (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and advanced Excel / modeling skills.
• Operational sense: understanding of order-to-cash (billing, collections); you care about the numbers being right, not only well presented.
• Leadership: first management experience or a clear ability to lead and develop a team member.
• Communication: able to challenge and influence senior, non-finance stakeholders.
• Tools: Power BI and/or SQL, EPM or billing tools are a plus.
• Education: Master’s degree from a business or engineering school.
