Appodeal in Barcelona seeks an experienced FP&A leader to own the consolidated operating model across revenue, gross profit, OPEX, headcount, and cash. You will manage annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and monthly rolling views while building rigorous board reports and KPI packs.

You will partner with Accounting to close analyses, drive automation in finance reporting (AI-assisted forecasting, scenario tooling), and mentor two financial analysts. Hybrid work in Barcelona is offered.

Formación

• 7+ years in FP&A, investment banking, or strategy consulting.
• Experience owning a budget and forecast cycle.
• Build driver-based three-statement models and inspectable scenario models.
• Present to executives and the board with clear explanations in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own the consolidated operating model for group revenue, gross profit, operating expenses, headcount, and cash, including the annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and monthly rolling view.
• Build and own end-to-end board and investor reporting, including KPI packs, P&L and cash bridges, plan-versus-actuals, and written narratives.
• Own the reporting calendar, pre-reads, and follow-ups; partner with Accounting through close and variance analyses.
• Move routine reporting from spreadsheets into BI and planning tools; collaborate with Data to align finance definitions with product metrics.
