Tremendous is hiring a Founding European SDR to launch and scale our outbound motion in Europe. As the first international SDR, you’ll identify, engage, and book meetings with high-potential prospects, shaping how we sell into new European markets.

You’ll partner with Account Executives, own outbound campaigns across email, phone, social, and events, and help define messaging, processes, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong outbound calling and messaging skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead outbound prospecting to bring in new deals.
• Own your pipeline with high-volume cold calling (target ~100 per day).
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to expand the sales pipeline.
• Use research tools to identify accounts, contacts and craft targeted messaging.
• Learn Tremendous products and articulate value to prospects.
