Job summary

Tremendous is seeking a Founding European SDR to help launch and scale its outbound motion across Europe. You will be the first international SDR, identifying and booking meetings with high-potential prospects while shaping how Tremendous sells into new European markets.

You will partner with Account Executives to generate meetings and own the early pipeline, using email, phone, social, events, and field marketing. This role offers a fully remote setup and significant impact on expansion.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French or Spanish for European markets.
• Proven ability to execute outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Strong ownership of pipeline and meeting metrics.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive outbound strategy.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and book meetings with high-potential prospects.
• Own your pipeline through cold calling; make 100 calls per day.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, Strategy, and RevOps to grow the pipeline.
• Use research tools to target accounts and craft tailored messaging.
• Help shape international sales messaging, processes, and best practices.
