Factorial is seeking a Founding Engineer for a new spin-off inside Factorial, starting from scratch with 0 to 100M by 2030. You’ll own major initiatives, work in a fast-moving team, and contribute to agentic workflows, LLM features, and scalable AI systems.

You’ll join a Barcelona-based team with flexible on-site/remote options, helping shape the product and the engineering culture from day zero.

Formación

• 4+ years in software engineering.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features.
• Comfort reviewing agentic workflows and LLM tradeoffs.
• Explain complex technical decisions in English.
• Collaborate effectively in small, fast-moving teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own big initiatives as Founding Engineer and plan quarterly goals.
• Participate in customer calls to learn pains and needs.
• Review code daily and give feedback on PRs from all levels.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the team.
• Build probabilistic, cloud-native AI features with RoR/React.
