The ideal candidate has over 5 years of full-stack engineering experience and at least 3 years in a leadership role. The position supports a flexible office-first approach, combining on-site and remote work.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer (or similar role).
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Strong experience designing APIs (REST, GraphQL, etc.) and building integrations.
• Background in AI-powered product development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow your team of engineers, focusing on career development.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and talent acquisition.
• Collaborate across teams to contribute to platform foundations.
• Define and refine product roadmaps and propose new ideas.
