Factorial is seeking a Design System Engineer to own the architecture and evolution of our company-wide design system, turning it from a component library into a robust product infrastructure that scales across teams. You will drive AI-powered workflows, tooling, and governance to raise quality and speed in product development.

You’ll collaborate with design, frontend, and product, ensuring accessibility and pixel-perfect delivery at scale, while mentoring peers and shaping Factorial’s approach

Formación

• AI-powered systems or workflows, not just experiments.
• Shipped projects or contributions with measurable impact.
• Product-first thinking: design complete experiences, not isolated components.
• Speed & adaptability: you experiment, learn, and iterate fast.
• Bonus: experience with LLMs, skill-based agents, MCP, or other AI protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and scale design system across the company.
• Define the technical architecture, tooling, documentation, governance, and implementation plan for the design system in an AI-native product context.
• Design and implement AI Skills within the system and workflows.
• Build tools and plugins that connect Figma → code → AI-driven workflows.
• Develop and maintain evaluation frameworks (Evals) for quality and accessibility.
• Collaborate with design, frontend, and product teams to ensure pixel-perfect execution at scale.
• Engage with customers by joining feedback sessions to inform product direction.
• Mentor peers and contribute to Factorial’s AI engineering best practices.
