• 5+ years as a full-stack engineer or similar role.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams.
• Strong experience designing APIs (REST, GraphQL, etc.) and building integrations.
• Hands-on experience with scalability, performance, and quality production systems.
• Understand business context and translate technical decisions into customer value.

Responsabilidades

• Start with a buddy to get comfortable with the codebase.
• Learn the full customer journey and help draft the engineering roadmap.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss priorities and share ideas.
• Review RFCs, give constructive feedback, and champion the best execution paths.
• Hire new team members as the team grows, ensuring talent aligns with culture and values.
• Continuously improve team processes.
• Run weekly 1:1s focused on team development and well-being.
• Collaborate with other engineering managers on cross-team initiatives.
• Lead the shift toward AI-native product development through example and guidance.
