• 5+ years as a full-stack engineer or similar role.

• Strong experience designing APIs (REST, GraphQL, etc.) and building integrations.
• Hands-on experience with scalability, performance, and quality production systems.

Engineering Manager at Factorial

Experience and Technical Depth

• 5+ years as a full‑stack engineer or similar role.

• Use AI‑assisted tools for coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Validate and ship AI‑generated code responsibly.
• Recognize limitations of LLM‑based systems: hallucinations, evaluation challenges, data sensitivity.
• Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid learning.
• Spot opportunities where AI can create real value.

How We Work

Factorial adopts an office‑first, flexible schedule. Engineers work on‑site several days a week to collaborate, but remote work is supported when it makes sense for focused tasks or personal needs.
