Factorial is building a platform that connects HR software with the broader ecosystem. As an engineer on the API & Integrations team in Barcelona, you’ll own the public API and the integrations framework end‑to‑end, from problem definition to production monitoring.

You’ll work with Product and Design to serve real user needs and ensure a consistent experience across verticals. You’ll collaborate closely with teams, mentor peers, and help shape AI integration initiatives as we extend our platform

Responsabilidades

• Own API and integrations end-to-end from design to shipping and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to meet real user needs.
• Maintain consistent user and integration experiences across verticals (ATS, payroll, ERPs).
• Engage with customers through calls, reviews, and feedback sessions.
• Mentor peers, share learnings, and raise engineering practices.
• Take ownership of AI aspects, defining AI skill evaluation and agentic workflows.
