Factorial is seeking a Product Engineer to advance the AI-Driven Operations domain. Based in Barcelona, you will design systems, craft high-level prompts for multi-agent orchestration, and ensure outputs are secure and scalable.

You’ll collaborate with a team building agentic features on top of Ruby on Rails and React, shipping impactful AI-enabled workflows for HR and operations. Remote-friendly with office-first culture.

Formación

• 4+ years in software engineering.
• Experience shipping AI features and evaluating in production.
• Knowledge of RAG patterns and agentic frameworks.
• Ability to treat AI features as hypotheses: build, deploy, measure, adjust.

Responsabilidades

• Design systems, architecture, and high-level prompts for multi-agent systems.
• Review and validate agent outputs for security, scalability and structure.
• Orchestrate multiple AI agents to keep outputs coherent across features.
• Define workflows, run experiments, and share learnings with the team.
