Factorial is seeking an Engineering Manager who loves getting hands dirty while leading teams and shipping meaningful AI-powered workflows. You’ll work on building AI-native products, align technical decisions with business outcomes, and grow engineers around you in a fast-paced environment.

This role blends leadership with practical coding and systems thinking. Join a team shipping client-facing platforms, with office-first, hybrid work across Barcelona, Madrid or A Coruña.

Formación

• Demonstrated ability to manage engineers and grow teams.
• Experience participating in hiring processes and bringing strong people onboard.
• Ability to work across teams and contribute to shared platform foundations.
• Comfort with Socratic discussions to find best solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow engineering teams while staying close to the work.
• Drive roadmap and align business context with technical decisions.
• Hire and onboard new engineers as the team scales.
• Review RFCs, provide feedback, and push for effective delivery.
• Coordinate initiatives across teams with other engineering managers.
• Lead the shift to AI-native product development and foster experimentation.
