SumUp in Barcelona leads the French outbound SDR motion, guiding a growing team and shaping how we sell into the French SMB market. You’ll own the playbook, scale the team through 2026, and enable expansion into adjacent markets with AI-assisted tools in a dynamic fintech environment.

Fluency in French and strong English communication are essential; you’ll collaborate with Field Sales leadership and be based in our Barcelona office.

Formación

• Proven track record in outbound sales and pipeline management.
• Experience leading or coaching an SDR team.
• Fluency in French (native or near-native) and strong English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily team rituals and coaching sessions to hit targets.
• Coach SDRs on cold calling, sequencing, and objection handling.
• Define territory and target accounts with leadership.
• Support hiring and onboarding of new French-speaking SDRs through 2026.
• Build and document the French outbound playbook for expansion.
• Evaluate and embed AI-assisted prospecting tools into workflow.
