Revolut Madrid is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive who is fluent in English and French to identify prospective mid-market customers and match them to Revolut plans, driving feature adoption and usage across our global client base.

You will activate new customers, conduct discovery, and collaborate with Product Sales Executives to deepen relationships, ensuring a robust feedback loop in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Formación

• Fluent English and French required or highly proficient.
• 1+ years of experience as a Sales or Business Development Representative.
• 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive managing full sales cycles.
• Track record of closing high-value deals with medium to long sales cycles.
• Strong prospecting skills to generate and pursue new business opportunities.
• Experience in fast-paced tech environments, ideally fintech.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with high-level decision makers (C-suite).
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Support teams.
