Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Icelandic Speaking Solutions Consultant to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria. You will handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering expert solutions to Icelandic-speaking clients within the Customer Support Services sector.

The role requires native Icelandic and strong English, with a focus on problem-solving, empathy, and high-quality CRM documentation. On-site work in Sofia is essential, with paid relocation and training provided.

Formación

• Native or fluent Icelandic (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Professional proficiency in English for inter-departmental communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for the Customer Support Services industry.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly preferred.
• Ability to adapt to new software and work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsabilidades
