Formación

• Experience in a technical support role (chat, email, phone) is preferred.
• Positive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers via live chat, email, and phone.
• Resolve account, payment, and general customer enquiries.
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Provide clear support in Finnish and English.
