Next Job Abroad is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our Malta-based team. You will assist Dutch-speaking players via chat, email, and phone, resolve questions, and guide users through our gaming products while delivering friendly, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and good English required.
• Experience in customer support preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone to Dutch-speaking clients
• Promptly address and resolve customer questions and concerns
• Guide customers through our gaming services to enhance their experience
• Collaborate with your team to ensure the delivery of high-quality service
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collect and relay customer feedback to assist in continuous service improvement
• Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of products and enhance service skills
