Job summary

Ferrovial seeks a Finance Manager to drive digital transformation of financial processes across Cintra’s portfolio and global teams. You will lead automation efforts, optimize systems, and align with corporate strategy.

The role requires strong SAP/S4HANA experience, AI tools, and cross‑functional leadership to create measurable value. The position reports to senior finance leaders and can be based in Austin, TX or Madrid, Spain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar required.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in finance roles with at least 3 years in transformation or systems-related projects.
• Experience with AI solutions in a professional environment with real impact and value delivery is a must.
• Experience with low data transformation and automation tools is highly desirable.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, SAC, or Qlikview is a plus.
• SAP experience required, with strong preference for S/4HANA exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation initiatives including process redesign, automation, and the implementation and improvement of financial systems and tools.
• Support digital business performance monitoring and guide teams through corporate processes.
• Assess technology investments for profitability, strategic fit, and value creation.
• Coordinate finance and digital projects across lifecycle to maximize impact and efficiency.
• Lead change management and provide training for finance teams with IT and business peers.
