Job summary

ALS is seeking a Director of Finance Transformation in Madrid to lead the global Intelligent Process Automation programme. You will own the end-to-end automation portfolio, from discovery and business case approval to benefits tracking and executive reporting, across regions.

You will collaborate with RPA, finance and IT teams, shaping strategy, prioritising opportunities by financial impact, and delivering multi-country rollouts while maintaining governance and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in finance transformation or intelligent automation.
• 3+ years leading a programme or team.
• Experience running an RPA programme, ideally UiPath.
• Proven ability to present to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead global IPA strategy and automation roadmap.
• Manage automation portfolio with benefits tracking.
• Coordinate discovery, business cases and sponsor sign-off.
• Support RPA delivery and global rollouts.
• Produce monthly IPA performance reviews.
