Job summary

Accenture Strategy is seeking a Finance Transformation Consultant to collaborate with CFOs and executive teams on finance strategy, operating models, and AI-enabled transformations. The role focuses on delivering measurable enterprise value across digital and finance platforms.

The position offers exposure to global client projects, a hybrid Madrid office setup, and opportunities to shape the CFO agenda through strategic and technology-enabled programs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, financial advisory, Big 4, corporate strategy, finance transformation, or similar environments.
• Experience in finance strategy, operating model design, finance process transformation, performance management, value creation, or large-scale transformations.
• Exposure to finance platforms/technologies such as ERP, EPM, Cloud, Analytics, automation, or AI.
• Experience or strong interest in Generative AI and Agentic AI in finance domains.
• Ability to structure complex problems, develop business cases, and communicate clear narratives.

Responsibilities

• Define finance and enterprise value strategies aligned with corporate priorities.
• Diagnose Finance function across performance management, cost optimization, growth, working capital, and capital efficiency.
• Design end-to-end target finance operating models: organization, governance, capabilities, processes, sourcing, data, and technology.
• Redesign core finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, treasury, tax, controlling) for simplification and value creation.
• Identify opportunities to digitalize Finance via ERP, EPM, Cloud, analytics, AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI.
• Develop analytical models, insights, business cases, and clear narratives for decisions and investments.
• Define transformation roadmaps with prioritization by value and feasibility.
• Support delivery of finance transformation programs spanning strategy, data, processes, org, and people.
• Collaborate with CFOs and multidisciplinary teams to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
